Certification in the Metaforum, New Paradigm Feng Shui with Victoria Pendragon, D.D. Studied 1½ years with Master Melani Lewandowski, 9 Star Ki workshop with Jon Sandifer and Feng Shui Program with Katherine Metz. Programs and workshops to date total over 300 hours of Feng Shui, professional training. Studied Qigong for six years with Master Fa Xiang Hou; Kabbalah for seven years with Rabbi Yosef Serebryanski; Tai Chi for five years with Master William Ting. Continues to study and practice the Metaforum ™ and BTB, (Tibetan Tantric Buddhist Black-Hat Sect Feng Shui). Member of Feng Shui in NJ, a New Jersey based group of Professional Feng Shui practitioners.

Practicing Feng Shui

Feng Shui is what the Chinese call wind, water. Some, consider it a philosophy; others say it’s a science; many say it’s geomancy, but I believe it to be a way of life. Feng Shui dates back to approximately 3,000 B.C. It was first practiced by locating a proper burial site, with the directional placement of the dead. The proper site was found, by using a compass called the Lo P'an. Today, Feng Shui has evolved into the practice of bringing harmony and balance into one’s all-encompassing life.

The Lo Pan

Chi

Ch’i is the Chinese word for energy, the vital life force of everything contained in the universe. Feng Shui discovers how energy works. Ch’i vibrates within and without all living and inanimate things. Everything contained in the universe is part of its vibrational force. Feng Shui, when applied with knowledge, good intention and intuitive prowess, works with Ch’i; thereby, creating harmony and balance.

The BaGua

The BaGua is an important tool used in Feng Shui and energy work. It discerns the energies of the elements and how they are applied, to create balance and harmony. The way energy flows can be mysterious at times. Sometimes, it moves too quickly or too slowly; thereby, creating an imbalance in health, home and general surroundings. But, when Feng Shui is exercised with awareness and skill, so often, this imbalance of energy can be brought back into balance and harmony- by use of the practical and metaphysical applications of Feng Shui creating, once more, a healthy environment, in homes, in businesses, but most importantly, in oneself.

Fees & Requirements for Clients

Fees:

Space clearing for a home of 2,000 sq. ft. is a flat rate of $360.00. This will include EMF detection.

Homes over 2,400 sq. ft. usually take 5 hours, for a total of $450.00.

For both space clearing and a consultation, $540.00 will be charged.

$405.00 is the usual fee for a 4½ hour consultation-- ($180.00 for the at-home preparation plus a 2/12 hour on-site analysis @ $90.00 per hour.)

Thereafter, $90.00 per hour is charged, for any additional on-site analysis.

Additional time spent for on-site analysis will be determined by property size. Additional fees may be charged. As an example, a 5½ hour total analysis, at home and on-site, inclusive, would be $495.00 and for 6 hours $540.00, etc

For homes more than 30 miles from Marlton, NJ, an additional $90.00 will be charged for each hour of travel. For Out of the Tri-State area, fees will be negotiated for travel.

I practice in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware. During the summer, I reside in Wildwood, NJ and practice there, as well.

E-mail and Telephone consultations are available.

Fees for large homes and businesses (More than 3,000 sq. feet) or an off-site analysis for more than six (6) people, or for professional speaking engagements-- fees will be negotiated.

For parties or get-togethers for 2 hours, a group rate (5 people) is $270. For each additional person, $27, and each additional hour, $90.00

Floor plans, direction of the front door, (Mouth of Ch'i) and DOB are needed before the party occurs. Fees for workshops are a minimum of $360. If more than 20 people attend, a fee of $9.00 for each additional person will be charged.

Requirements

The birth dates of all persons residing in the home and birth dates of pets, if known, are required.

The hour of birth and the place of birth, if known.

The date the home or business was built, if known.

An Architect's plan, if you have one.

A hand-drawing of the home or building, with a lay-out of the furnishings.

A compass, directional reading, of the front door. (stand outside, and with your back to your front door, look away from your residence. This is the facing position.) Write down the compass reading.

I will come on site to assess the Feng Shui of the property and suggest remedies, colors and placement, in order to align and balance the energy, (ch’i ).

Any questions may be asked, up to three days after the consultation.

A hand-drawn floor plan and the two hour rate, for the energy analysis, ($180.00) is to be sent to me in a red envelope, along with all the requirements. The red envelope is a Tibetan Tantric Tradition.
